Pricing questions
Do unused minutes roll over?
No. Minutes reset each billing period. If you need more headroom, move up a tier or ask your admin to grant extra free minutes.
What if I exceed included minutes?
Contact us before you hit the wall. We’ll move you to a higher tier or a custom volume — we don’t surprise-cut live campaigns.
Can I bring my own numbers?
Numbers are allotted per workspace from admin. If you already own a line, contact us and we’ll work through bringing it in.
When do plan changes take effect?
Paid plans are billed monthly through Razorpay. Cancellation stops future charges at the end of the current cycle.
