Terms of Service

This is a standard SaaS terms-of-service template. Have counsel review it against your actual business terms and jurisdiction before relying on it in production.
1. Accounts & subscriptions
Subscriptions are billed monthly per the plan selected at signup. Each plan includes a fixed allotment of minutes and phone numbers; usage beyond your plan may require upgrading or a custom agreement.
2. Acceptable use
You are responsible for complying with applicable telemarketing, robocall, and consent laws (including TCPA and equivalent regulations in your jurisdiction) for any calls placed through the service. You may not use Dyler to place unlawful, fraudulent, or harassing calls.
3. Payment & cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until canceled. You may cancel at any time from your billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise.
4. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and third-party provider outages (telephony, speech, or model providers) may affect availability from time to time.
5. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dyler is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
